Here’s how most people go about trying to write a book…
You get a book idea. You learn how to write a book proposal. You write some samples chapter of your book. - Step 2 to Your Book: Select Your Book’s Topic, Title and Format BEFORE You Write ONE SENTENCE to Ensure You Get it Done FAST Week two of the program is when you’ll be deciding what your book’s focus, your target audience, and the book’s format. We’ll show you how to select your most compelling topic from your many ideas, how to craft a compelling title for the readers you want to attract, and the five different styles of books that can easily be completed within 90 days.The will free you from feeling you have to share every, single, thing you know or write your “War and Peace” version of your book! - Step 3 to Your Book: Create Your Book’s Outline THE RIGHT WAY So That It Practically Writes Itself (Seriously) By June expect to have your outline done! The RIGHT way. So what’s the right way? - Step 5 to Your Book: Hire Your Book’s Publication Team (and Why You Should do this BEFORE You’re finished writing!) Nothing will motivate you more to complete your book than seeing the cover of your of book professionally and beautifully designed. That’s why, while you’re writing your book in June (remember, filling in the blanks to your outline) you’ll also begin to put together you’re book team. Your book team is the people that will help put together your book in a polished and professional way.For example, your book cover designer (you’ll need to reserve their time in advance, to get this done quickly), someone to format the interior of the book, and all the nitty gritty things that most people get stuck on (like getting a barcode and setting the price for their book). You won’t! Because we’ve been through this process ourselves and we’ll guide you through this.
- Step 6 to Your Book: Set Up Your Book with Your Print On Demand and Digital Publishing Services (And Get Ready to Share Your Words with World!) While the designers are finalizing you files, you’ll be setting up your print and digital publishing accounts with Amazon, Kindle, Nook, and our recommended Print on Demand service provider (We will be working with ONE that we both love and use, that costs nothing to set up, but navigating this can be tricky when you’re new to this world).As we wrap up July you’ll be able to simply upload your design and copy files to your self-publishing companies and be ready to print and promote. Imagine that. While everyone else will be lazing around this summer, you’ll actually have accomplished what most people only dream of – publishing a book!
- Step 7 to Your Book: Click “Publish on Demand” and Start Promoting Yourself as an Author
The days of ordering boxes of your books and then having to sell them on your own ARE OVER. In this final part of the program you’ll be ready to click “publish on demand” and print as many as you want or as little as you want. We’ll also go over the top no-cost/low-cost ways you can promote and sell your book locally and online so you can start seeing a return on your investment right away.

Program Structure:
You and your fellow program members will join Karin and Drew, starting Tuesday, May 8th, 2012 on a tele-conference line for a total of 9 group coaching calls on writing and publishing your book in 90 days.
We’ll meet Tuesdays at Noon Eastern, with the exception of the last week of every month and the week of the fourth of July (giving you time to integrate what you’re learning and R&R for summer holidays).
The coaching calls will be 60-90 minutes in length.
(All calls will be recorded and sent to you via email, on the same day of the live call, so you won’t have to worry if you have to miss a call here and there.)

Some Final Questions…
- Who is this program best for? We think it’s best for those who either are in business for themselves, or want to be in business for themselves, and who have something they want to share with the world. It’s not for people who want to write a novel (at least in this program), or want to spend a year or more writing. That would take more than 90 Days.
- Who is this program not for? Again, it’s not for people who want to write a novel in this program. And it’s not a “learn how to write” course. We aren’t teaching that. This is about getting a book done and published and making a difference in your business with your book.
- Will you help me improve my writing or help with editing in any way? No, we will not be teaching how to write or edit your book. We’ll encourage you to hire an editor or proofreader. So there will be some additional costs – book design, editor or proofreader, etc. However, we will offer coaching on your topic, title and book structure through the group coaching calls.
- What makes this program different from other “write your book” programs? We’re doing it in 90 days. We’re self-publishing. And we want you to get this done fast. Not become the best writer.
- Do you guarantee I’ll have a book done in 90 days? No, we can’t guarantee it, unless we write the book for you. We can guarantee you’ll know how to write and publish your book in 90 Days. You have to show up and write it. We’ll be there with you, but we can’t do it for you.
- Can I really write a book in about 10 hours a week? In 90 Days? Yes. If you choose one of the five book structures that we’ll be sharing with you in this program, they will help contain your ideas and stay on track.
- Can I see your book? Sure, Drew’s book is here. Karin’s book is coming out this spring. You can see a preview of it on her website here.
- What if I’m not a good writer? You don’t need to be a good writer. You just need to write conversationally. You can always have an editor clean up what you write. And we’ll also share the variety of ways you can “speak” your book.
- What if I have to miss a call? No problem. We will have each call recorded and sent to you via email on the same day it was recorded.
- What if I don’t have any ideas for a book? We encourage you to join this program if you have at least one idea.
- What if I need extra help? Everyone in this program will receive a private, 30-minute coaching session with Drew on your book’s topic. And, Karin will teach a class on the marketing of your book to show you how to get it out into the world.
- Will there be accountability to help me stay on track? Yes. We’ll be having weekly calls where there will be plenty of time to share your progress, ask questions and in-between calls, we’ll encourage you to post your progress on our private Facebook group.
- What if I think I’ll be too busy with summer holiday plans? Unlike most other book programs, we don’t think you have to sequester yourself to write a book. You need about 10 hours a week, maybe even less, depending on the type of book structure you choose. You can make it work. We find the summer a wonderful time to reflect and be creative so it works for us.
- Given my history with starting and stopping my book so many times, how will I know this time will be different? You won’t be staring at a blank page with a Chapter 1 on it. Our entire approach to writing a book is different. It may be the difference you were looking for.
